On July 3, ATG officially started the induction training for new employees recruited from campus in 2023. Since the start of the training, Bai Yibo, the Chairman of the Company, has held symposiums and exchanges with new employees. He Jiabing, Wang Surong and Liu Zaijin, the Deputy General Managers of the Company, have provided special training on the Company’s core values, and the R&D, Quality, Confidentiality, and Human Resource Departments and Sectors have conducted business training.
At the symposium, Bai Yibo introduced the founding background, growth process, development achievements and future planning of the Company to new employees. He stated that ATG was established under the historical background of meeting the strategic needs of China for key basic materials and realizing self-sufficiency in core materials; ATG’s growth process was a difficult and tortuous road. In the past 10 years, the Company has overcome many difficulties to achieve such great results. At present, the Company has achieved phased results, self-developed nano glass ceramic products have stood at the forefront of the industry, and excellent product quality has won market recognition and customer trust. In the future, the Company will continue to follow the development path of “innovation leading” and strive to reach a higher level and achieve greater development.
Bai Yibo encouraged new employees that ATG was a new starting point for new employees in their lives. First of all, new employees should pay attention to the start point of their career path, establish correct concepts and take a practical path; they should do while learning, learn by doing, and persistently do everything in front of their path; they should focus on learning and upgrading, constantly learn new knowledge and sum up the gains and losses of experience; they should give full play to their intelligence and make contributions to enterprises, society and China.
He Jiabing, Wang Surong and Liu Zaijin then respectively elaborated and analyzed the Company’s core values of “innovation leading, customer satisfaction, hard work, integrity and self-discipline” in combination with their own experiences, representative figures and typical cases, so that the new employees could deeply understand the specific performance of ATG's practice of values.
New employees expressed that they would take this training as an opportunity to adapt to the new role as soon as possible, integrate into the new environment, forge ahead with hardheaded determination, and contribute to the development of ATG.
